Returns & Exchanges

We would love for you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy with it, please reach out to us at hello@blackviolet.io within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss returning or exchanging your item.

Returns or exchanges can only be processed within 14 days of your purchase date. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the original condition they were received.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

- Sale items are final and non-refundable.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital products or custom items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@blackviolet.io with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly assist with a replacement or refund.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to the District of Columbia will incur a 6% sales tax. No sales tax is charged for orders outside of DC.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any VAT or customs/landing fees, which may exceed the product's purchase price. We do not have control over these fees.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties and will only be used to process and fulfill your order.
